1. Introduction

Welcome to Dune Wander Travel. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the provision of our travel services. By accessing this website or booking a tour, you accept these terms in full. Do not continue to use Dune Wander Travel's services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Booking and Payments

To secure a bespoke itinerary or a place on our luxury desert retreats, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the commencement of the travel experience.

• All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event of major currency fluctuations.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy reflects the remote nature of our destinations and the advance commitment required for luxury desert logistics. Cancellations more than 60 days before departure will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days will receive a 50% refund, excluding the deposit. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 30 days before departure.

4. Travel Insurance

It is a mandatory requirement for all travelers participating in a Dune Wander Travel experience to hold comprehensive travel insurance. This must include coverage for medical emergencies, repatriation, and trip cancellation due to desert-specific environmental conditions.

5. Liability and Safety

While we prioritize safety, desert travel involves inherent risks. Dune Wander Travel acts as an agent for local operators and transport providers. By booking, you acknowledge the adventurous nature of the travel and waive liability for unforeseen environmental events or local logistical delays typical of remote terrain.
